Pesentation: Polyend ENDLESS and MESS Pedals

Piotr from Polyend came to the Sonic studios to give us a demo of the new Endless pedal, together with their recently released Mess multi-fx unit, and impressive they are too.

AI is obviously a hot topic in the music tech world, but Endless seems to be an interesting and powerful way to harness the abilities of AI to help you create audio processing tools of your own (and the community's) design.

It uses the Polyend Playground to allow you to prompt to create your own effects. It queries Polyend's own collection of algorithms to base your creations on, or if they don't have it, AI will create something as a patch from your prompt that you can download to the pedal.

In practice this means that you can use fairly simple language to create complex FX which use the Endless two switches and 3 knobs to control.

And with the latest firmware upgrade for their Mess (4 slot multi-fx with parameter sequencing) - there's now a slot for selected Endless FX within Mess itself which can be loaded from the SD card.
