UNRAVEL captures the fragile, human side of the viola. the sounds are full of air, full of rosin, and each note holds a vast depth of improvisational versatility.

Recorded over two days with violist Hailey Walterman, the focus was on closeness - sounds that sit between intimacy and vulnerability, carrying emotion without needing to be loud.

UNRAVEL brings breath, movement, and presence into a piece. It works beautifully on its own, or layered with other textures - adding a subtle, human edge through bow noise, rosin, and natural expression.
