Dawesome Releases LOVE 2

US Sound-shaping instrument designed to make audio shimmer      02/03/26

Dawesome has announced the release of LOVE 2, the next evolution of its plugin LOVE. They describe it as a sound-shaping instrument designed to make any audio shimmer, bloom and unfold like an impressionist painting.

Peter V from Dawesome told us, "At the top, you create the texture -- the brushstrokes. Below, you shape colour and nuance. LOVE 2 lets you treat sound like light on a canvas." Here's the details direct from the company...

LOVE 2 is built on a simple idea: when you are in love, everything feels more intense, more alive, more beautiful. This is exactly what LOVE 2 does to sound.

At its core, a musically tuned granular engine creates layered, percussive and flowing textures that blur and bloom like brushstrokes. Complementing this are **six freely assignable modules**, chosen from a curated collection of more than 20 effects, giving musicians intuitive control over timbre, colour, and space.

Each module offers dedicated sub-presets and its own dry/wet balance, so results feel musical from the first turn. The outcome is transformation you can feel:
- Flat sounds ripple with movement
- Simple tones sparkle with nuance
- A lone vocal blossoms into a vibrant choir
- A static synth unfolds into luminous evolving textures

LOVE 2 features:
- Musically tuned granular texture engine
- six open slots -- filled from a curated collection of more than 20 effects
- Drag-and-drop signal flow
- 250+ presets
- Per-module sub-presets
- Intelligent randomization with module lock
- can import presets from Love 1
- VST3 / AU / AAX for macOS and Windows

Pricing and Availability:
LOVE 2 is available now for  an introductory price of USD/EUR 49 for a limited time (regular price: USD/EUR 69)
