Tracktion Releases Channel Robots Atmosia 3

Tracktion Corporation has announce the release of Channel Robots Atmosia 3, which they describe as a groundbreaking instrument designed with cinematic composers or those seeking immersive, atmospheric soundscapes in mind. Here's the details in their own words...

Atmosia 3 unfolds textures that are at once both fragile and fractured, richly saturated yet crystal-pure before plunging into unsettling, haunting terrain. Atmosia 3 delivers a four-voice atmospheric engine that transforms complex textures into single-note magic. With over 700 sound sources and a complete code-base overhaul, it offers composers an expansive palette for film, TV, advertising, video games, ambient, and experimental genres.

Refined Interface & Deep Control
Atmosia 3 introduces a streamlined, single-page interface that places all envelopes, filters, modulation, and effects at your fingertips. Enhanced per-voice editing includes ADSR envelopes, filter shaping, tremolo, vibrato, flexible routing, and keyboard splitting for dynamic layering.

XY Pad Evolution
The X/Y pad now features offset controls and a new Transit Modulator (LFO), enabling tempo-synced morphing between four sound sources. Real-time path recording and modulation unlock endlessly evolving textures.

Expanded FX & Arpeggiation
Atmosia's effects arsenal has grown from 8 to 28 modules, including a new ring-modulation filter for metallic, rhythmic complexity. Per-voice arpeggiators now support multiple play directions, chord playback, and probability controls, while expanded modulation options introduce dedicated LFOs for every core parameter plus six assignable Mod LFOs for limitless routing.

Infinite Sonic Discovery
Atmosia 3's enhanced randomisation system allows targeted chaos across voices, envelopes, effects, and arpeggiators-delivering thousands of unique patch variations with a single click.

Pricing and Availability:
Atmosia 3 is available now from Tracktion and is priced at $69 - currently on sale for $49 if you purchase before Nov 14th 11:59 pm PT.
