Bristronica 25: F With Sound - Ring Modulation and Distrortion

Douglas from F With Sound, gave us a tour of their music technology lineup. Their Bring It On ring modulator got our attention with its dual-input setup featuring mixable modulation inputs alongside music inputs. The device was built around "weight" and "edge" controls, essentially shelving EQs that affected bass texture and tones. We also saw BreakOnThru, a distortion unit that traces its roots to a limiter discovered by renowned producer Chad Blake.  both the ring modulator and BreakOnThru were available for purchase, priced at just under £200 plus VAT.
