Bristronica 25: The resurrection of a classic

Paul gave us our first look at the OSCar Rebirh, a recreation of the classic original synth, albeit in electronic-guts-on-a-desk Frankenstein form! Though it's recreated using modern techniques, it actually uses all the original circuitry, right down to the venerable Z80 processor, which PWM had to source from Ebay!

Work is in progress, so availability and prices are TBA, but Paul assured us that when it arrives it will sound identical to the original OSCar. He's even using Chris Huggett's original hand-drawn schematics! If you want one go to the PWM website and stake your place as it's only going to have a limited run.
