Making RJD2s Iconic Debut: Deadringer

US Sample haven explored and dissected      26/06/25

If you've not heard RJD2's Deadringer, you're really in for a treat! It was released in 2002, and put RJD2 on the map, with some incredible and diverse tracks which were loaded with samples and expertly weaved together. This video is the story of making that album, featuring interviews with the man himself, and details on how the iconic album was put together. You may even recognise some tracks from the video, as they eventually surfaced for a couple of big ad campaigns. Super stuff!
