Pete Townshend's DX1 Patches

Youtuber Really Nice Audio has a total treat for us - a demo of 128(!) Yamaha DX1 patches:

"Join me (as I) play through all of Pete Townshend's DX1 patches. Then listen to another 64 sounds I have collected/made over the last 15 years. I have 2 DX Ram cartridges that I can plug into the DX1 at the same time!"

Some lovely sounds in there - I think it really demonstrates that FM synthesis shines when you are given the option to layer sounds - making for warm de-tuned pads, or interesting inharmonic/metallic stacks. Great stuff!
