Superbooth 2025: More Keys And Pianos For Astrolab 88

We spoke with Pfister from Arturia, who presented the impressive Astrolab 88. This expanded version of the  Astrolab stage keyboard incorporates an 88-key layout featuring the premium Fatar TP40L hammer action keybed.

The Astrolab 88 builds on the previous Astrolab 61 model, offering the same intuitive interface and workflow but with additional octaves and LEDs per key. It maintains the full V Collection engine on board (V11 coming with July Firmware)
Arturia plans a firmware (v1.5) update allowing you to utilize program changes and improved compatibility with Analog Lab, streamlining the transfer and control of playlists and effects. Enhanced polyphony for piano sounds is another plus, due to a slightly more powerful CPU. New additions include a sample-based piano to complement the model-based Piano V. This update will  integrate the V Collection 11 instruments, including the diverse new Pure Lo-Fi and dynamic augmented instruments.

The new firmware is expected to drop July 17th.
AstroLab 88 is priced at £2099/€2499 (street) and is expected in stock in a few weeks
