Kilohearts has released a new free effects plugin, Kilohearts Clipper, which they say brings the power of razor-sharp per-sample clipping to the Kilohearts Ecosystem so you can use it as a tool to dominate the dynamics of your signal or as a creative effect to smash your sound. Kilohearts says that it is available as a regular VST/AAX/AU plugin to use in your DAW of choice and can also be combined and modulated with other effects as a Snapin in any of their modular Snapin Hosts.

We're not even sure which side we were on... whatever that was about, everyone is still using clippers all over their productions so here's ours. Kilohearts Clipper brings the power of razor-sharp per-sample clipping to the Kilohearts Ecosystem, and let's you trim the peaks of your audio in order to leave some headroom or maybe to get that distorted sound that you are looking for."
