NAMM 2025: Qualcomm Snapdragon

US Qualcomm at NAMM for the first time      24/01/25

At NAMM 2025, we explored Qualcomm's venture into music technology with their presence spearheaded by Pete, who showed off a Snapdragon guitar, used in performances and at the Snapdragon Summit. Qualcomm unveiled their wide range of Snapdragon processors integrated into Windows Co-Pilot Plus PCs. These are powering applications such as Cubase 13, Cubase 14, and DJ Pro, along with Bitwig Studio now running on ARM64.

A Snapdragon-powered PC was highlighted for its impressive battery life and instant readiness, comparable to Apple's devices. Moreover, the Snapdragon X Elite laptops feature neural processing units enabling real-time tasks like STEM separation in DJ Pro, without taxing the system.
