Atmospheric DnB Pads Deconstructed

US Tim Cant goes ambient      17/07/24

Tim Cant has been busy once again, this time deconstructing Atmospheric DnB Pads - with an accompanying sample pack available for the Polyend Tracker. In the video he goes over pads from various hardware and software synths - and tells you where to find them, should you feel the need for DnB atmospherics in the future.

More details from Tim....

In this video I look at how atmospheric drum 'n' bass pads are made. First I make a generic pad in Xfer Records Serum, then I deconstruct some pad presets used in some of my favourite atmospheric DnB tunes including sounds from the Roland D-50, Korg M1, and Roland JV-1080.
