Alex Rome is here to take us on an emotional roller coaster of chord progressions. This video goes deep, with 10 progressions covering 10 emotions - with some useful techniques to make simple chords more interesting. He spends time shifting the third an octave higher, doubling notes as well as adding some pedal tones for heightened emotion. As he mentions, its important to choose a sound which matches the emotion of the chords too.
