Chamberlin M1 VS Jamie Lidell's Nagra

US Sampled through vintage lovelies      09/04/23

Jamie Lidell puts his sampling skills to work again for this new library with Decent Samples (they make an excellent free multi-platform sample player plug-in and libraries).

This time he gets to work on the Chamberlin M1 - the precursor to the Mellotron. But its not just a recording of the instrument, Jamie puts his fantastic collection of vintage studio gear to work and records them on the legendary Nagra tape machines (two mono with manual ADT effect) via, Neve and Telefunken pre-amps, a Silvertone and Roland RE201.

The library is available through April 10th, priced at $35 (from $50) and comes in Decent Sampler format, and also Kontakt (full version 5.8 up required)
