How To Mix Professional Vocals

US Streaky gets the glued pop sound      29/03/23

Mixing vocals can be a challenge sometimes, especially if you have lots going on in the mix. Simply carving up the sound to make space with EQ or ducking musical elements can work, but Streaky is here to show us a more professional method. In the video he surgically tunes the vocal using a variety of techniques, treating the vocal in tight and subtle ways. The result is a blended vocal which is satisfying glued to the rest of the mix.

Great stuff, and all the project files are available for free here: https://www.streaky.com/free-download-reverse-eq-sidechain?sl=YouTube
