That worldwide shortage of chips is frustrating - it's holding up the release of yet another Behringer synth. The company says that the product development is completed on the Saturn Soul and once they receive the necessary chips, they'll be shipping it at $99.

A spokesperson told us, "Many of you shared with us how much you love the magic sound of this magic synth. While we're also working on a full size synthesizer, here is our affordable mini version with the authentic circuitry and sound, but accessible to everyone."
