Native Instruments has announced exclusive sneak-preview events, introducing the new TRAKTOR KONTROL D2 in select UK and Irish retail stores. They say that, guided by authorized Native Instruments Dealer Ambassadors, the free events offer participants an in-depth look at the brand-new next-generation deck controller for TRAKTOR ahead of its official release.

In addition to the guided product demonstration, participants can take advantage of the opportunity to secure their reservation of a D2 unit by signing-up to a priority pre-order list available only through one of the events. Participants at each location will also get the chance to enter a prize draw where one person from each store will be chosen to win a TRAKTOR KONTROL D2 unit.

As one of the first Stems-ready DJ controllers, TRAKTOR KONTROL D2 will provide the medium for Senior TRAKTOR Product Specialist Chad Carrier to give a rare public demonstration on Stems – an open, multi-channel audio format scheduled for release in summer 2015. Chad will share valuable insight and the performance mechanics behind Stems in a livestream from Native Instruments headquarters in Berlin. Afterwards, participants will have the opportunity to discuss the new format in an open Q&A session.

The preview events take place at all eleven locations simultaneously on April 23 at 7:00 PM BST.
