The Nord Stage 2 OS has now been updated to version 1.30. Nord tell us that this update contains a few bugfixes and some new important features. Here's what they have to say...
The MIDI capabilities have been vastly improved with the addition of a Global MIDI option. Also, the Master Clock can now be synchronized to an external MIDI clock. The sustain pedal will now transmit CC64, value 0 when lifted which will stop external units from infinite sustain. Internal levels of the instruments have been adjusted, the synth is now a bit louder than before. Programs made with earlier versions will automatically be adjusted to keep their previous balance.
The Stage 2 Series is Nord Keyboard's flagship line featuring the company's latest sound generating technology in its three categories of Piano, Organ and Synthesizer plus compatibility with the Nord Sample Library and Nord Piano Library. The Stage 2 won this year's MIPA award for Best Stage Piano.
