Steinberg Media Technologies has announced that Karl 'Charlie' Steinberg, one of the two founders of the company and chief architect of many of its groundbreaking technologies and products such as VST, ASIO and Cubase, has been honored in the annual Music Industry Press Awards Ceremony with the prestigious Lifetime Achievement Award.
Andreas Stelling, Steinberg's General Manager, had this to say, "We extend our warmest congratulations to Charlie. Steinberg, the audio industry in general and the musical community at large owe him a great deal.
