5) Harmony Meteor
An incredibly popular guitar in the electric blues movement, the Harmony Meteor had the look of a country-influenced archtop, but with a thinner body and a few design quirks that gave it a rock and roll edge.
The diamond pickup selector plate, the Bakelite guitar knobs and the flourishes on the pickups all gave the Harmony Meteor H70 it's uniquely mixed-up style.
Note the unusual method of securing the neck to the body with three flathead screws and no neck plate!
