Every single distortion pedal made by Wampler sounds remarkably like natural tube distortion from an amplifier, and no other company comes close when it comes to this aspect of the pedal market.
The Dual Fusion has versatility, a range of tones, a number of parameters with which to manipulate those tones, it could quite easily work as the only distortion pedal on your board.
It is billed as a fusion pedal, but really you can get pretty much any distortion tone from the Dual Fusion, all the way through the spectrum.
