I paid $270.00 for mine.I thought I would try it out and return it,cause futur shop gives you 30 days. I don't think it's going back. It's way too much fun,and awsome for party's.I need to try downloading new patterns. For 6w speakers that are built in, they bloody well thump!!! djx11b it rocks...and kicks..and grooves..ect. one improvement I wold realy enjoy wold be a built in mic input with voice munipulation, but then it would be perfect, and nothings perfect.

Just got one brand new for $129. MAN is there some value here or what? I have owned every Groove-box made and the original DJX and this DJX2B is the absolute best. For the money, you cant buy a better bang for the buck. These are really too much fun, so get one while you still can. I cant believe how much is packed into this little box. And it uses batteries too. Way cool!! For the money, its a miracle.....and its sound is not bad, kinda fresh sounding stuff. The auto beat since for incoming audio is very cool. Hours and hours of fun here. Looks like a toy, but its a serious tool!!!! Thanks Yamaha!! Your low-end stuff is wonderful!!! Keep it comin!!!

I tried this out at a local music store....true the preset patterns...some are cool...but for the most part...I'll probably make my own on the computer. the scratch pad is really cool and has tons of presets to keep you occupied...
