The hideous operating and programming system (2 digit LED) may drive you crazy but there's nothing else quite like it for low-fi digital weirdness on the ultra cheap. Sum up:One for the adventurous/experimental/patient/mad Comments About the Sounds: Dirty, gritty, grungy sounding 8-bit companded digital wavetable synthesis makes for cutting sounds that can be made to evolve a la ppg etc.Bell type waves are great in particular. Lots of aliasing going on coupled with the complete lack of any kind of filter or tone control gives this synth a particular bite. |
