Max Henry is the Keyboard player of Canadian band Suuns. Throughout the week at Studio Stekker I saw Max many times, in front of a synth with just his Elektron Octatrack.

Max used this week to go around all the different instruments and take samples. The Elektron allowed him to set up quickly and to start working on making samples quickly.

Max talks about the freedom of the event and how everyone is very open to talking about their ideas and process, unlike much of the rock scene that he is normally involved with.

Suuns are currently on tour in Europe, you can find them st Green Man festival this weekend for more info on upcoming dates visit here.
