Michael Lauer (mickey@rbi.informatik.uni-frankfurt.de) : With the 24-pole morphing filter it's possible to create sounds like you never heard, or need many many real-time-controlled equalizer to reproduce! Programming is not very easy, but if you take a bit time the output can blast you! VERY crazy signal transforming! Hundreds of filter-characteristic, which can be morphed in real-time! Absolutely astounding, if you delete all presets and start to program!!! In other words: G E T I T ! Stan Sawyer (sgs@projtech.com) : This module has the most flexible sounds in my sound arsenal. The sounds run the range from "acoustic" emulations to cool synth and new age waves and loops. The multi-timbral character could better. It is awkward to set it up for versitile multi-timbral use. There are only 16 setups, though these can be used as templates with program changes going to the appropriate channels to place different patches in the FX/channel template. Comments About the Sounds: he factory sounds do not make efficient use of the synthesis-capabilities. |
