Hey folks, Richard Beech here your friendly neighborhood guitar player at SonicState.
So I strayed away from the guitar flock slightly at NAMM and found myself at a booth with an Arturia MicroBrute and a few Strymon pedals.
I plugged the MicroBrute into the guitar pedals (even though there was a guitar RIGHT next to me) and started making some noises.
For all the legitimate synth players out there - you'll have to forgive me for my awful synthesizing, but it just felt natural to put that thing into a Strymon BigSky and twist some knobs.
I've been kicked out of the International Union of Guitarists for doing this, so I can only ask that you accept me lovingly into your world of patch bays, modules and social awkwardness, because now, for me, there is no going back.
