Rebel Technology were at We Are Robots in London, we were at the show too (ed Nick Batt was on a panel on the future of music technology with Martin from Rebel Tech), we dropped by their booth to take a look at what they were up to. Their OWL module is capable of running PureData (a music/DSP programming language) patches in hardware providing assignable knobs and patch points for integrating into Eurorack systems.

AWe also got a first look at their new Wizard standalone hardware which also offers the same PureData and GEM patch capabilities, but ads, SD card and USB host for stand alone operation for running either DIY patches or loading many of the community written devices to be loaded and run on a single unit.

Wizard is going to be launched on Kickstarter by the end of the year, so you'll be able to get hold of it soon.
