Our TUBE ULTRA-Q equalizer/notch filter is an absolutely professional device, offering all the audio characteristics you expect from a first-class equalizer. Its four fully parametric bands with adjustable bandwidth from 0.03 to 2 octaves enable attenuation of problematic frequencies as well as creative sound design, with a precision no graphic EQ can offer. The "constant Q" principle of the TUBE ULTRA-Q's filters ensures that level, frequency and bandwidth settings do not affect each other, allowing you ultimate freedom in sound shaping. The tried-and-true parallel filter architecture minimizes the phase shifting problems that are inevitable with serial filter configurations. And, like all units in our VINTAGER line, the TUBE ULTRA-Q also incorporates our specially developed ULTRATUBE circuit, which lends additional warmth to the signal.
