Sorry, there's strings inside a Clavinet. And they aren't even plucked, they are struck. The Pianet "plucks" reeds, but it's not even really plucking like say, a harpsichord does. I'm just saying open your Clavinet up and understand how it works before you write the first review on it.
I guess all can agree that it's an incredible sounding instrument. It does sound ALOT better through an old tube amp, and a wah-wah works magic with the Clav.
