EVO by Audient tells us that they are bringing EVO 8 to market this month, delivering on its promise to make recording easy. They say that EVO 8 will be available in some markets early to mid-October, whilst customers in Europe will have to hold on until mid-November to get their hands on their latest audio interface. Anticipating a warm reception equal to the one its little brother EVO 4 received earlier this year, the larger, 4in / 4out audio interface, EVO 8 also provides advanced features and stunning aesthetics, along with the professional sound and technical quality expected from Audient.

The second interface from the new EVO range, EVO 8 is designed with intuitive user experience in mind, for beatmakers, producers, home recordists - and even podcasters and streamers. Taking the benchmark set by EVO 4 to the next level, EVO 8 is all about creatives working smarter, not harder.

With an extra set of outputs and the ability to set the monitoring levels of the two outputs independently, EVO 8 gives even more monitoring flexibility. Marketing director, Andy Allen explains, "We still want to make technology accessible for all, no matter the skill-level or art form.

"EVO 8 has all the same features as EVO 4 with more inputs & outputs so you're getting more bang for your buck.  EVO 8 also has Smartgain which automatically sets the gain levels when the user starts playing or singing. Andy continues: "This is perfect for anyone who wants to focus on being creative, or perhaps is just starting out," he says. "Of course, pros can still dial in the gain manually if they choose, as well as benefiting from other features they'd expect from a professional audio interface."
