Something New Coming From Modal Electronics - SKULPT

US Sounds like a synth      04/07/18

Modal Electronics have been keeping quiet im recent months, but we have it on good authority, that there's something coming very soon.

In the time honoured tradition of not showing very much in a teaser video, this one doesn't buck the trend. Though we think we can ake out some kind of blurry panel with knobs on. Can we also assume that the music bed is made by the whatever-it-is? Which might mean polyphony by the sound of the pad..

More will be revealed on Friday 6th July.

We may also be getting a visit from the Modal folks in the not too distant future, when we'll get the full skinny.

Actually, we do know what it is and it sounds pretty good.
