US Soundiron releases Hopkin Instrumentarium: Aquaalt 17/01/24

Soundiron has introduced Hopkin Instrumentarium: Aquaalt for the full version of Kontakt 6.2.2 or later. They tell us that it is a unique Lute created by master instrument inventor Bart Hopkin.

A spokesperson had this to say about it, "This handcrafted wonder features a steel bowl resonator, where the bridge delivers string vibrations directly to a pool of water, creating ever-changing resonances and dreamy sounds. We recorded this mystical instrument in two stereo mic positions: Close and direct line in, with a variety of articulations including Plucks, Bow Long, Bow Short, Bow Sul Ponticello, Glisses, signature sound-designed content, and a wide array of custom FX presets."
