Polyphonic Overtone Singing

US Anna-Maria Hefele sings double melodies      13/02/23

Anna-Maria Hefele is a German musician who practices "overtone singing", a technique where a singer manipulates their vocal chords to sing two simultaneous notes. It's a pretty unearthly sound, and something which she teaches on her website if you want to learn, linked below. This video was released back in 2014 , and she has created a first step video for anyone interested in learning:

You can learn to sing overtones with the tutorials on her website: https://overtone.academy/shop
