Field Day Festival in London appears to have subtly announced that Aphex Twin is headlining, with a website appearing at the URL: 190823.co.uk - a reference to the date the festival is on in London. The website allows you to input your email for notifications, with more details clearly to come. 

Right now, the consensus seems to be it's All Points East or Field Day - as the website references Waxarch Ltd who run both festivals. Field Day is more likely - a yearly outdoor music festival in London. It was first held in Victoria Park in the London Borough of Tower Hamlets
