MidiBlob is an iPad plug and play performance oriented multi touch synthesizer controller. Maulabs tells us that, by manipulating a set 3D of scenes (the blobs) with a set of very intuitive interaction, MidiBlob can control your synth sound to a depth that cannot be reached with traditional controllers. MidiBlob for the Rocket is a specific version for the Waldorf Rocket Synthesizer, based on MidiBlob Version 2; most of the Rocket parameters can be controlled by the touch of a finger.
Currently available for the Waldorf Blofeld and the Waldorf Rocket, Blofeld, MidiBlob is in development for the DSI Mopho and the Nord Lead A1.
MidiBlob require and is based on iOS8; it run on any iPad that runs iOS8, with any Core MIDI compatible MIDI interface.
