Speed Playing The Stylophone

US Ingenious method for rapid retriggers      13/03/22

The Stylophone from Dubreq has been around since the 1970s, featuring a stylus and touch plate to trigger sounds. Here it is being used in a supremely innovative way by Oliver Street, to trigger exceptionally quick notes using a flick of the fingers - a technique not too distant from techniques used for button-bashing video games. In the video he plays Pulp Fiction's 'Misirlou' theme song, and I fancy the Lost In Space Theme by Apollo 440 would also be ripe for reproduction.
