Very good at smooth string sounds, the chorus is not as noisy as on the juno106. nice extra bonus with the mod arm. those soviet synths are really something special

I don't actually own one of these, but have a book which mentions it, so I can give you some useful info. it is considered more or less a string machine. It has a 5 octave keyboard. It uses divide down oscillator technology, so only the top octave actually has vco's 1 per voice. it has 6 sliders and 3 rows of switches. Finally It has nothing in common with the juno series as the reviewer thought, It should actually be called Unost not Junost, and Unost means youth in Russian. It seems that it came out late 70's to very early 80's.
