Colin from 4Cast showed us their latest product, the MVP, which is a simple solution for video and lighting for artists and performers. The product is an easy-to-use box that provides high-quality visuals for your show, all controlled by MIDI. The setup process is straightforward with a drag and drop interface to load video onto the MVP and map it to different MIDI notes. Similarly, the lighting cues can be recorded as DMX over ArtNet from lighting software or lighting desk and then mapped to MIDI notes.

The MVP Forecast can be controlled in several ways, including a MIDI track out for video and lights from your session or by plugging in any MIDI hardware controller to put the control at your fingertips. The unit is powered over USB, and there are minimal connections required, making it a plug-and-play solution.
