NAMM 22: Focal Release New Solo 6 and Twin 6

US And new sub too      05/06/22

Focal have been working on an update to their Solo 6 and Twin 6 speakers. These are old favourites for mix and tracking applications and remain a solid part of the Focal offerings. In fact if you been in any studios in the last 10 years, you've probably seen a pair.

The new versions have take modern innovations in speaker design to improve on this design. They are sill self powered monitors with the Beryllium Tweeter but have improved the frequency response, with tweaks in the cabinet and waveguides.

There's obviously a lot of really tweaky stuff that goes into the design of a set of studio monitors. For the extra low end there's the companion Sub Woofer Sub 12 (which is actually a 13" sub)

Available in the us now soon in Europe Solo6 is $1599 each Twin 6 $2299 each Sub12 $2599 (August)
