Definitely looking forward to this, I am hoping it is some kind of analogue synth. As I still believe the monotron, more than a toy was a test to see how people reacted to a true korg analogue 03-Jan-11 02:16 AM Said...
If the sounds in this video are coming from the Kronos I don't think I'm going to be anything other than disappointed.
Prepare to be disappointed is far more appropriate. 03-Jan-11 08:09 AM Realist Said...

Korg's design team is second to none (for a mainstream music manufacturer.) 03-Jan-11 10:39 AM Arpman Said... Whatever this Kronos is, I hope that it doesn't sound predictable like the M3 and Triton. They need something that makes totally unique sounds, like their Wavestation. I sure hope that it's not a toy like the Monotron. 03-Jan-11 06:38 PM Sully Said... I like Korg products a lot, but the problem with KARMA, Wave Sequencing, etc, is that they are not really useable in a live setting (with a live, dodgy timing, drummer). I hope it's not going to be a combination of an M3 and PA with automatic crap flying all over the place, but something you would never actually use. 05-Jan-11 03:30 PM paul Said... Synthgear is having a contest - guess what the Kronos is and win a korg Monotron http://www.synthgear.com/2011/video/featured-videos/korg_kronos/ 05-Jan-11 08:02 PM Alexander Said... The sound in this video sounds like the very first preset of Legacy Cell. If they do a hardware version of Korg's Legacy Cell, count me in :-) 06-Jan-11 11:15 AM Comments are closed while we transition to Disqus |
