When Bjork Met Attenborough

US Fascinating discussion with Icelandic artist & acclaimed biologist      05/09/24

Having stumbled on the video below, I went on a bit of a rabbit hole looking for Björk interviews. This first one is a discussion with acclaimed broadcaster and biologist, David Attenborough - a one hour long documentary which follows Björk and Attenborough as they investigate and discuss the connection which exists between music and nature. It was originally screened in the UK summer 2013 on Channel 4, here's more: 

Narrated by Tilda Swinton and inspired by Björk's technological project Biophilia, which Attenborough provided a spoken introduction for, the film is a unique encounter between two of the most iconic thinkers of our time.
