e-instruments, the company behind Pure Piano for iOS, has announced Pure Upright, which they describe as the perfect companion for those wanting to expand their piano collection. This is what they have to say about it...

Pure Upright is a professional multi-sampled upright piano for iPhone and iPad that puts the many timbres of one beautifully recorded piano, quite literally at your fingertips.

Offering the unique timbre of the upright piano for those who don't always need the splendour of a grand piano but the character and immediacy of an upright piano.

An upright piano sits perfectly in pop, R&B, Hip-Hop, and many more genres of modern music. That's why it's heard in countless iconic tracks throughout musical history with the upright at the heart of the song.
