Spitfire BBC Symphony Orchestra Discover Now Totally Free

US Download it now      14/07/22

When Spitfire Audio released the BBC Symphony Orchestra Library - their collaboration with the BBC also recorded at the spiritual home of the Orchestra Maida Vale studios - it was also available as a cut down Discover product - originally priced at £49 or free if you applied and waited to be approved.

Well now, the wait is over and you can just grab it right away for free.
Designed to be upwardly compatible with the larger paid libraries (Core of Professional), anyone can now compose, arrange or learn on the BBC Symphony Orchestra Discover, then fill out the arrangement or mix more velocity levels, mic sources, multi-samples and articulations when using the Core or Professional  libraries.

Its a great strategy to get people experimenting with orchestral arrangements and instruments.

You can grab it now: https://www.spitfireaudio.com/free

Working in close collaboration with BBC Studios - one of the world's most renowned orchestras - BBC Symphony Orchestra Discover is a straightforward and inspiring gateway into orchestral composition, featuring the same professional and detailed recording process as both the Core and Professional editions, in an incredibly lightweight and accessible package. A remarkable sound despite its size being only 200MB.
