GearFest UK 22: Music Production For Women

Training for Women in Music Tech      04/07/22

Xylo Aria started MusicProductionForWomen.com because when she was starting out, she couldn't find any resources geared towards women who wanted to make a start into producing their own music. Its a recurring theme that most places are fairly intimidating and not as women friendly as they could be.

Her aim with MusicProductionForWomen.com was to:

encourage and empower women who are taking their first steps into music production.

As a result the website now has a solid community with courses and events geared towared encouraging women to make a start into music production.
The next free event on 16th July is  titled Master Your Music - Live  and is a day of masterclasses from industry experts designed to empower independent female musicians - you can sign up for a place here
https://musicproductionforwomen.com/master-your-music54639414

They also run on going courses primarily focussed on music production with Ableton as the main DAW, there is a  free introductory course: FREE INTRO TO MUSIC PRODUCTION MASTERCLASS - ABLETON
