Caitlyn introduced us to the Zoom R20, a multitrack recorder which records audio and MIDI to SD card. It can record up to 16 tracks, 8 of them simultaneously, and it has built-in FX including reverb, chorus and delay. The touchscreen display has a clear DAW-inspired interface and allows for editing of audio and MIDI notes. There are 8 XLR mic preamps, including two mic/line/instrument combo jacks with Hi-Z available on input 1 and 48V phantom power available on inputs 5-8.
We also got to see the G6 guitar processor, with 50 FX models including amp sims, 100 preset slots each with up to 7 FX. The G6 also has a simple looper which can record to SD and bluetooth allows you to control the G6 remotely from a phone or iPad.
