Moog recently released the new Animoog Z for iOS/ Mac OS - the new 8 slot wavetable synth is a freemium download ($9.99 to unlock for editing) and additional sound packs via the store.

We are running that on the M1 Macbook Pro (see review) as a desktop app and using the ROLI Seaboard Block plus a Novation LaunchControl to map a few CCs. Added to that is the IK Uno Synth Pro (see our review) and the Dreadbox Hypnosis FX (also reviewed).
