Turn Your Phone Into An AR MIDI Controller

US Controlla XYZ app lets you use it as a 3D input device for mixing in spatial audio      22/11/21

Controlla is a startup company that tells us that they are building a platform where anyone can play, create, and monetize their own AR instruments. They recently created an augmented reality XYZ MIDI Controller, Controlla XYZ, now available for free for a limited period as a beta on iOS.

Rohan Paul, founder of Controlla, Inc. told us, "Controlla XYZ lets you control any 3 parameters in any DAW by moving your phone in 3D space. This gives producers the expressiveness and 3D control of expensive MPE hardware controllers but with software for the devices they already own. Audio engineers are already calling Controlla XYZ the best 3D input device for mixing in spatial audio."
