Chris from Battery Operated Orchestra has had his Roland SH-1 since the the 1980s. Its been through a lot and still, its going strong. In this Five Minutes With he takes us through the high points of what makes this Synth so special.

The SH-1 was originally released in 1978 and found favour with many early electronic acts due to affordability and quality of sound.
