Cre8audio makes robust and affordable modular synthesizer equipment and they've just announced a partnership with Pittsburgh Modular Synthesizers. They've teamed up to create a series of initial products, which form a tabletop analog synth introduced as follows:
Cre8audio describes the partnership, "they (Pittsburgh) are super serious, but still occasionally answer the phone when we call, so there's that... Plus, we really like Richard's (Pittsburgh Modular founder) hairdo. Anyway, we will be releasing a mega-pile of non-junk together."
