James Wiltshire, acclaimed producer and one half of the Freemasons also releases and remixes under the F9 moniker. In this video he goes over the process of building a House beat using the legendary EMU SP1200 - an instrumental piece for early Hip Hop and House music.

James illustrates his approach and setup, as well as adding external effects in sync with Ableton. He's a superb producer with a vast number of hit records under his belt. Once you've seen the tracks made, you can download the stems here: https://www.f9-audio.com/collections/all-products/products/f9-free-sp1200-beat-stems
